Working Principle
The Ribbon Blender consists of a U-shaped horizontal mixing chamber fitted with inner and outer helical ribbons mounted on a central shaft.
- The outer ribbon moves material from both ends toward the center.
- The inner ribbon moves material from the center toward both ends.
- This counter-flow action creates a continuous mixing pattern, ensuring fast and homogeneous blending throughout the batch.
